Not The Mama

Not The Mama

A beatiful touching story…

puppypowerweb

The house has been very quiet lately; Mama spends all her time in bed. She doesn’t go on our walks anymore it’s just me and Poppi. He seems sad, our walks are hurried it is like he doesn’t want to leave the house. That is funny as well, for a while now he does not go when the bright thing comes out and come back when it is gone. I spend my day with Mama keeping her company, she sleeps a lot. I put my head on her chest and I can hear her heart beat as I fall asleep with her. Poppi brings us food and lies with us and they talk in whispers. Sometimes water comes from their eyes, it makes me sad so I help and lick it away and make Mama Laugh. Today things were different there was no hurried walk, strangers called and went to…

Ga-Ga

Ga-Ga

puppypowerweb

It had been a hard few years and this was just too much to bear. My Mam had passed four years ago leaving my Dad living on his own, lonely and heartbroken. He refused to move in with us even thou we had the annex. He came over of course to dote on his granddaughter, our first born Ellie. One day he arrived with a dog in tow, a Lurcher no less, some lads in his area had been abusing her and he had stepped in. Oh he said he would look for the owner, we did try but Maggie became his new companion and it changed him for the better. There was a special bond that formed between Ellie, Maggie and Ga-Ga as Ellie called him. The three spent hours together in the garden, talking or just sitting. It started with a cough but of course he would not…

The last squawk

Wee Ginger Dug

Oh furgodssake. I was planning an evening putting my feet up, scoffing at the debates on the telly like a normal person, and then having an early night with a box set of Battlestar Galactica and a meringue, and Ed Miliband only goes and spoils it all by putting the final nail in Jim Murphy’s coffin. So I have to write something, and there’s me been resisting temptation all day.

So, deep in the rain forests of South America, linguists discovered a parrot that was the last speaker of a language whose human users had long since died out. All that’s known of this language are a few words squawked by a parrot which has no idea what they mean. And that’s also a fair description of socialism and the Labour party in Scotland. But parrots at least can have bright red plumage, there’s nothing red left about Labour.

It…

Confidential email shows Tories secretly holding off hospital closures until after election

Pride's Purge

(not satire – it’s the Tories!)

A confidential email from a Tory MP shows how local hospital closures are being kept secret from the public until after the election in order to avoid ‘sensitive’ issues arising during the election campaign.

The leaked email from Wellingborough Tory MP Peter Bone to a member of the Board of Directors of the local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group shows how police and fire station closures are also being secretly delayed until after the election:

From: Bone, Peter <peter.bone.mp@parliament.uk>
Date: Wed, Apr 8, 2015 at 3:16 PM
Subject: Proposed relocation of services consultation
To: “Rees, Stuart”

Dear Stuart,

Thank you very much for your telephone call earlier today regarding the proposed consultation with regards to the possible relocation of services from the Isebrook Hospital site. Whilst a huge supporter of the Isebrook site during my time as MP, I appreciate that the CCG has difficult decisions to make in…

BBC-Scotland-And-Labour-Party- in-Scotland-Network-Powerful-Politically-Corrupt-and-Biased-Shameful-Abuse-Of-The-Scottish-Electorate

caltonjock

BBCPacificQuay

A well respected and truly impartial journalist was asked if the perception that BBC Scotland was anti-SNP was, in his view, justified. “Put it this way,” he said. “It probably comes more naturally to them to attack the nationalists than to attack the union.”

But how is this the case? A wee bit of history. From 1946 to 1991 media affairs in Scotland were subject to the moderating influence of the, BBC Scotland Controller who effectively reported to the, “Broadcasting Council for Scotland”, on which many distinguished Scot’s served over the years.

That was abandoned and control of BBC output in Scotland was transferred to the Board of Governers of the corporation in England then onto the BBC trust Chairman, in London.

So what’s the problem?  The way in which BBC Scotland is run, the quality of care it shows for the many good people who work for it, the…

2015 ~ Lennox Remembered ~ 1st April 2005 ~

Save Lennox Hate Campaign Exposed

Lennox would have been Ten Years Old Today.

Lennox Belfast BSL Sandie Lightfoot, Peter Tallack, Mel Page deed not breed, Melanie Rushmore Bullbreed advisory service, Tina Delaney Newham, Sarah Gunther egar, Andrea williams phillips WAGS

Another year has gone by with Breed Specific Legislation having claimed so many other victims.

The only difference being that those victims were not the target of a vicious hate campaign by people with the morals and social skills of a gnat.

Last year at this time we concentrated on a Corrupt Counciland a couple of Mouth-breathers:

 → 2014 ~ Lennox Remembered ♥

This year we ask you to remember that just because the vendetta against Lennox and his family happened in the past, it doesn’t mean it should be forgotten, nor does it mean that the people involved in it, even if to a lesser degree, should ever be forgotten for their part in the cowardly bullying of a family, including a young child.

The worst offenders, excluding Lightfoot and Tallack, hiding behind various aliases were:

Rushmore, Page, Philips, Delaney, Gunther
